Dr. Sonal Dalal D.C.
As a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Dr. Dalal specializes in identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic illness through personalized, science-based treatment plans. Her goal is to help patients restore balance, improve vitality, and achieve long-term wellness.
When structural imbalances contribute to pain or dysfunction, Dr. Dalal utilizes the Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT)—a highly specialized, non-force chiropractic method that gently supports optimal alignment and nervous system function. She also has extensive experience in craniosacral therapy, TMJ disorders, headaches, pediatric care, and pregnancy-related care.
Throughout her career, Dr. Dalal has cared for patients of all ages, from infants to older adults, providing compassionate, individualized care tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Dr. Dalal earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York College of Chiropractic, and completed her Functional Medicine certification through the Kalish Institute.
